Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass all required background and cannabis industry-specific checks
- Must have reliable and responsible attendance
- Ability to remain alert and responsive during extended periods
- Ability to move about the dispensary and assist customers
- Ability to remain stationary when needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups
- Ability to operate POS systems and office software
- Ability to inspect and verify detailed customer information
- Ability to move inventory and materials up to 30 pounds independently
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
- Must maintain a visible and mobile presence throughout shifts
- Must comply with all legal and company cannabis regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience
- Familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience considered a plus
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID
- Must be 21 years or older and compliant with all cannabis industry regulations
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity
- Manage check-in with professionalism and efficiency while upholding compliance standards
- Provide basic concierge-level support by answering questions and directing traffic
- Serve as a visible, approachable presence to deter incidents and maintain order
- Monitor premises including store entry, exit, and site perimeters for safety and compliance
- De-escalate situations with empathy, tact, and clear communication
- Support emergency procedures including fire, evacuation, and weather response
