Job Requirements
- Ability to remain alert and responsive for prolonged periods
- capable of moving throughout the dispensary to assist customers
- able to remain stationary when required
- communicate effectively with individuals and groups
- operate point of sale systems, computers, and office equipment
- inspect and verify detailed customer or patient information
- lift and move inventory up to 30 pounds independently
- comfortable standing or walking for extended shifts indoors and outdoors
- must maintain a visible and mobile presence during shifts
- must comply with all legal and company cannabis employment regulations
- pass all background checks
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience
- familiarity with POS systems or compliance technology preferred
- security, military, or law enforcement experience considered a plus
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- reliable and responsible attendance
- successful completion of required background checks including cannabis-specific employment requirements
- possession of valid driver’s license or state ID
- must be 21 years or older and compliant with cannabis industry regulations
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity
- manage check-in professionally and efficiently while upholding compliance standards
- create an elevated, concierge-style experience setting the "RISE Vibe"
- monitor store entry, exit, and perimeter for safety and compliance
- de-escalate conflicts with empathy and clear communication
- support team members on safety, cleanliness, compliance, and guest flow
- respond promptly to safety, security, or compliance incidents
- support emergency procedures including fire, evacuation, and weather responses
- conduct visual safety inspections per standard operating procedures
- foster strong relationships with store teams, leadership, and customers
- share safety and security insights with transparency
- assist in training new APS team members
- perform other duties as assigned
