Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to remain alert and responsive during extended shifts
- ability to move about the dispensary and assist customers
- capacity to remain stationary as needed
- skill in operating POS systems and office equipment
- proficient in verifying customer and order information
- ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds independently
- comfortable standing or walking for long periods indoors and outdoors
- ability to maintain a visible and mobile presence throughout the shift
- must pass all background checks including cannabis-specific screenings
- must be at least 21 years of age
- possession of valid driver’s license or state ID
- availability to work varying shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred
- familiarity with POS systems and compliance technology preferred
- security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- ability to work various shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
- ability to pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements
- possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- at least 21 years old and compliant with state cannabis employment laws
- knowledge of cannabis laws, safety regulations, local codes, and SOPs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations
- professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and positively upon arrival
- manage guest check-in efficiently and uphold compliance standards
- set a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- provide concierge-level assistance including answering questions and directing visitors
- maintain a visible and approachable presence to deter incidents and ensure safety
- monitor premises including entry, exit, and site perimeters for safety and compliance
- de-escalate conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- support store operations including safety, cleanliness, and guest flow
- respond promptly and appropriately to safety or security incidents
- assist with emergency procedures such as fire drills and evacuations
- perform regular visual inspections to ensure a secure environment
- foster relationships with store teams, leadership, and guests
- share insights on safety and security concerns confidentially
- support training of new APS team members
- perform other duties as assigned
