Job Requirements
- Ability to remain alert and responsive for extended periods
- move about dispensary to assist customers
- remain stationary if required
- communicate verbally and in writing with individuals and groups
- operate point of sale system, computer, and office machinery including word processing and database software
- inspect and verify patient or customer information
- move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds
- comfortable standing or walking for entire shifts
- maintain visible and mobile presence throughout shift
- complete required background checks
- valid driver’s license or state ID
- meet age and cannabis industry regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience strongly preferred
- familiarity with POS systems and/or compliance technology preferred
- security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with hospitality-focused service
- ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- reliable and dependable attendance
- must pass all required background checks including cannabis-specific requirements
- possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- 21 years or older and meet all state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- compliant with all legal and company cannabis regulations
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity
- manage check-in professionally while upholding compliance standards
- provide concierge-level support by answering questions and directing traffic
- monitor store entry, exit, and site perimeters to ensure safety and compliance
- de-escalate situations with empathy and tact
- support team and operations in safety, cleanliness, compliance, and guest flow
- report and respond urgently to safety, security, or compliance incidents
- support emergency procedures including fire and evacuation
- conduct visual inspections to maintain a secure environment
- foster relationships with store teams, leadership, and customers
- share insights on guest interactions and security risks
- assist in training new APS team members
- perform other duties as assigned
