Job Requirements

Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
one year of customer-facing experience preferred
ability to pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements
valid driver’s license or state ID
must be 21 years or older and compliant with state cannabis laws
ability to stand or walk for extended periods
capable of moving inventory weighing up to 30 pounds
effective communication skills both verbal and written
must be alert and responsive throughout shift
able to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism
maintain professionalism and integrity
willing to work varying shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred
familiarity with POS systems or compliance technology preferred
security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
reliable and responsible attendance
must pass required background checks including cannabis employment requirements
valid driver’s license or state ID required
minimum age of 21 years
knowledge of cannabis industry laws and regulations
ability to work varying shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Greet all visitors with warmth and positivity
manage check-in efficiently while upholding compliance standards
maintain a visible, approachable presence to deter incidents
monitor premises including store entry, exit, and site perimeters
de-escalate situations with empathy and tact
support emergency procedures including fire, evacuation, and weather responses
conduct visual inspections to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment
