Job Requirements

Must have either military, law enforcement, or corrections experience
Must have or be able to obtain NM security guard license
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid driver license
Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
Climb stairs, ramps, occasionally during shift
Stand, bike, or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen
Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
Valid level guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying
Some positions may require completing a bike safety course
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Patrols of exterior areas of assigned locations
Reporting safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing
Remain flexible to ever changing environments
Adapt well to different situations

Job Duties

Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a professional manner
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot, bicycle or vehicle
Provide protection of all company assets including people, property, and information systems
Respond to emergency situations such as medical, fire, weather, and security related incidents
Be a visual deterrent, observe and report
Comfortable with requesting trespassers to move off the property
