Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Verify customer purchases and assist with returned items
- Monitor store entrances to prevent loss and ensure security
- Maintain a safe and secure entryway environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention
- Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming store entrance area
