- Ability to work full-time including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to monitor and prevent loss effectively

- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them as needed to enhance their shopping experience
- Prevent loss by verifying purchases and monitoring store entrances
- Assist with processing returned items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain safety and security at store entrances to protect customers and staff
- Collaborate with team members and management to address security concerns
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or policy violations
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering support
