Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work part-time hours including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing shifts
  • willing to comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to engage effectively with customers
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long durations
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • experience in retail or loss prevention is a plus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic proficiency in handling transactions and store equipment
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet customers and provide assistance as needed
  • verify purchases and assist with returned items
  • maintain safety and security at store entrances
  • prevent loss by monitoring and reporting suspicious activity
  • thank customers and promote a positive shopping experience
  • manage entrance flow during peak times
  • collaborate with store team to uphold store policies
