Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship
- 5-7 years experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Able to read and interpret technical documentation such as IPCs and CMMs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 5 percent
- Able to carry and lift up to 30 pounds
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment
- No clearance required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in related field
- Ability to read and understand IPCs and CMMs
- Proficiency in Inventory Locator System and Illustrated Parts Catalog
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
- Demonstrated ability to handle various types of projects
- Knowledge of industry requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Job Duties
- Manage daily inbound inventory processes for assigned platform
- Analyze stock levels and review material shelf life and obsolete products
- Monitor and maintain accurate data in ERP system including pricing and tiering
- Coordinate asset and component reconciliation
- Develop strategic sales and inventory management plans
- Set and manage inventory pricing strategies
- Support sales team with sourcing and technical documentation review
- Coordinate with support functions to optimize repair and transportation costs
- Interface with sales personnel to coordinate sales campaigns
- Conduct scrap reviews to ensure program targets
- Perform data management and compliance documentation review
- Interact with repair department on speculative repairs
- Perform sales support reporting
- Complete all other duties as assigned
