Job Requirements
- Currently working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing
- completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation
- ability to lift 35 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- ability to learn multiple workstations
- compliance with certification requirements as needed
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills including understanding decimals and fractions
- ability to read and write English for assembly directions, work orders, and safety instructions
- experience working in a team setting
- positive work attitude
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- good verbal communication and analytical/problem solving skills
Job Duties
- Production assembly
- work in designated workstation
- must meet Takt time
- follow 5S standards for area
- rotate to different workstations as required
- operate equipment after certification
- maintain braze certification if applicable
