- must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing
- must possess basic math skills for measurement
- ability to read and write English
- completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation
- ability to lift 35 lbs
- ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
- ability to work in a team and show positive attitude

Job Duties
- production assembly
- work in designated workstation
