Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing
- ability to lift 35 pounds as requested
- basic math skills including understanding decimals and fractions
- ability to read and write English proficiently
- completion of forklift training and safety orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume production environment
- willingness to obtain required certifications
Job Qualifications
- Must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing
- possess basic math skills including understanding of decimals and fractions for measurement
- ability to read and write English for assembly directions, work order packets, and safety instructions
- completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation
- good verbal communication skills
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- detail oriented and organized
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- ability to work well in a team setting
- positive work attitude
- ability to learn more than one workstation
Job Duties
- Production assembly
- work in designated workstation
- must meet takt time
- follow 5S standards for area
- rotate between different workstations as needed
- obtain and maintain certifications for material handling equipment
- maintain braze certification if required
