- Currently working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing
- ability to lift 35 pounds
- completion of basic forklift training and safety orientation
- proficiency in reading and writing English
- basic math skills
- willingness to obtain certifications for industrial equipment operation
- ability to meet takt time and follow 5s standards
- positive work attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Production assembly
- work in designated workstation
- must meet takt time
- follow 5s standards for area
- rotate between workstations as required
- operate industrial equipment after certification
- maintain braze certification if required
