Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year assembly/production experience preferred
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to meet company insurability requirements
- experience driving a box truck or light commercial vehicle preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- basic math and measurement skills
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand motions throughout shift
- ability to load/unload materials and use carts/pallet jacks as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assemble products/components according to work instructions, drawings, and/or bill of materials
- use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- verify parts, quantities, and quality
- report defects or shortages
- perform basic packaging, labeling, and staging for shipment
- maintain clean and organized work area (5S/lean practices a plus)
- communicate with supervisors on priorities, issues, and daily output
- drive a company box truck for deliveries, pickups, and transfers
- load/unload materials and secure cargo properly
- complete delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and document discrepancies
- conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- follow DOT/company safety policies and maintain clean vehicle condition
- represent the company professionally at customer/supplier sites
