Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Experience using measurement tools and computer
- Must be a "US Person" (US citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, asylee or refugee)
- Must pass background check and drug screen prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Experience using a micrometer, microscope, and computer
- Ability to perform inspection to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications
- Ability to perform maintenance of equipment and cleaning process of the work area
Job Duties
- Maintain production requirements daily - plate and clean components per process specifications
- Prepare acid and alkaline solutions including rinse waters daily and maintain process bath levels
- Follow safety protocols during chemical handling and production activities
- Perform housekeeping and administrative tasks including maintaining production logs for temperature, filter, and chemical usage
- Report any production or process issues to the process control lab and supervisor
- Work on routine assignments with detailed written or verbal instructions
- Perform inspection of work to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications
- Maintain equipment and clean the work area as directed by supervisor
