Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous or related experience in assembly
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, talk, hear
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs safely
  • Vision requirements including color distinction, peripheral vision, 3D depth perception
  • Ability to adjust focus continuously
  • Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and tolerate moderate noise levels
  • Must be a US Person due to ITAR regulations
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Technical training or certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of related experience in assembly
  • Good eye-hand coordination for small hand tools use
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to carry out written, oral, or diagram form instructions
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings

Job Duties

  • Follow procedures on SS Relays
  • Maintain a labor book/log and prepare reports
  • Work on assignments that are moderately complex requiring judgment to resolve problems and make routine recommendations
  • Perform manual and automatic testing on relays
  • Perform other duties as assigned using equipment for various applications
