Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background verification
- High standard of integrity and reliability

- Ability to operate department tools and equipment

Job Duties
- Provide continuous attention to customer needs
- Greet, assist and thank customers promptly, courteously and kindly
- Offer product suggestions when appropriate
- Store and rotate department products to ensure freshness and date control
- Restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and keep supply cost lowest
- Operate department equipment and tools
- Maintain the work area clean, orderly and free of safety hazards
- Report defective equipment and hazards to management
- Notify management about team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns, property disfigurement or any action that is illegal and/or contrary to company policy
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
