Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent experience
- preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service role
- appropriate license certification or permit to serve food if applicable
- ability to work flexible hours as required
- good communication skills
- punctual and reliable
- ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
Job Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in high-end hospitality or customer service preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage products and menus
- ability to provide attentive personalized service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in serving vip guests
- may require certification or license to serve food depending on location
Job Duties
- provide a welcoming and professional environment for guests ensuring their needs are met
- serve food and beverages according to selected menu or buffet style
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products menus and offerings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas including clearing cleaning disinfecting workstations and resetting tables
- provide training and guidance to staff as needed
- attend work punctually and maintain consistent attendance
- perform other duties as assigned which may vary according to business needs and client requirements
