Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Valid food handling license or certification if required
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Capable of performing physical tasks related to food service
- Availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role
- Hold appropriate license, certification, or permit for food service if applicable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment for guests
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to menu selections or buffet style
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, and menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas including clearing, cleaning, disinfecting workstations and equipment, and resetting tables
- Provide training and guidance to staff as needed
- Arrive on time and present for scheduled shifts consistently
- Perform other tasks as assigned based on business and client requirements
