Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Valid food handling license or certification if required
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Capable of performing physical tasks related to food service
  • Availability for flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
  • Preferred 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or customer service role
  • Hold appropriate license, certification, or permit for food service if applicable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Provide a welcoming and professional environment for guests
  • Ensure food and beverages are served according to menu selections or buffet style
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, and menus
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas including clearing, cleaning, disinfecting workstations and equipment, and resetting tables
  • Provide training and guidance to staff as needed
  • Arrive on time and present for scheduled shifts consistently
  • Perform other tasks as assigned based on business and client requirements
