Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
Job Qualifications
- Preferred 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge and experience in Micros, Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to analyze and interpret operation results
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulation
- Ability to communicate in English and fluency in either Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese or Asian language
Job Duties
- Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant
- Developing servers, host, cashiers and utility staff including training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations
- Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment
- Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary
- Review departmental status with Manager
- Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
