Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must have experience in Asian or Oriental cuisine
  • must have experience in wok or dim sum, grill and saute
  • must be able to stand and walk the duration of shift, lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds
  • able to perform physical activities including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist
  • must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties

  • Cook dishes of Asian cuisine according to memorized standard recipes
  • monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met
  • maintain inventory of station and order stock
  • receive and prepare various Asian and Chinese cuisine food orders
  • coordinate orders for pick-up
  • maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas
  • control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control
  • consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures
