Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must have experience in Asian or Oriental cuisine
- must have experience in wok or dim sum, grill and saute
- must be able to stand and walk the duration of shift, lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds
- able to perform physical activities including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties
- Cook dishes of Asian cuisine according to memorized standard recipes
- monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met
- maintain inventory of station and order stock
- receive and prepare various Asian and Chinese cuisine food orders
- coordinate orders for pick-up
- maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas
- control waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control
- consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures
