Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED equivalent
at least two years of Asian cuisine cooking experience
valid Washington State food handler's card
must be able to stand and have good paced mobility for long periods of time
must be able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
ability to lift 50 pounds
good manual and finger dexterity to use small cooking utensils
must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
must obtain Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
pre-employment drug testing required

Job Qualifications
