Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least two years of Asian cuisine cooking experience
- valid Washington State food handler's card
- must be able to stand and have good paced mobility for long periods of time
- must be able to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- good manual and finger dexterity to use small cooking utensils
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- must obtain Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
- pre-employment drug testing required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- at least two years of Asian cuisine cooking experience
- valid Washington State food handler's card
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- ability to obtain Class III B license required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and Washington State Gaming Commission
Job Duties
- prepare and cook various Asian cuisine dishes for casino guests
- handle prep work for cooking
- assist with line cooking during service
- organize walk-in storage for ingredients and supplies
- maintain clean and orderly work area at all times
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager
