Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience providing great customer service
- Ability to cook and follow recipes to create dishes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking, preferably in Chinese cuisine
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Good organizational skills for inventory and stocking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to temperature changes in kitchen areas
Job Duties
- Prepare food with a focus on quality for the Chinese food area of the delicatessen
- Use various cooking tools and utensils to create mixes, sauces, and meals
- Help ensure the shelves are stocked and cooking areas are clean and safe
- Maintain kitchen inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies
- Provide fast and friendly customer service with engagement
- Follow recipes accurately to prepare Chinese dishes
- Adapt to varying kitchen environments such as freezer and food prep areas
