Job Requirements
- Ability to self-fund Private Pilot License training
- Possess a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel to and from the U.S. without a temporary resident permit
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18
- Little to no flight training experience not exceeding a Private Pilot License
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Little to no flight training experience not exceeding a Private Pilot License
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hold a First Class Medical certificate
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Continue to obtain remaining license and ratings at Hillsboro Aero Academy
- Maintain good standing with Hillsboro Aero Academy
- Maintain regular and consistent communication with Horizon Air on curriculum progress
- Attend program specific meetings as scheduled
- Commit to work for Horizon Air for a minimum of three years post program completion and sign an agreement confirming this requirement
