Job Requirements
- Students enrolled in a turf management, sports management, or parks and recreation related curriculum as a full-time student at a college, university, or vocational technical school
- Ability to work as a team member and collaborate effectively with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work a 40-hour flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Learn all aspects of turf management at Sherman Park or Harmodon Park
- Lead all aspects of maintaining grounds at an athletic complex
- Responsible for weekly water management, mowing schedule and mowing
- Fertilizer applications, overseeding applications, and aeration
- Diagnose irrigation issues and perform repairs
- Attend and participate in project management, event coordination, and stakeholder relationship functions
