Job Duties
- Prepare fresh focaccia dough daily according to Urbane Cafe recipes
- Operate open-hearth ovens safely to bake focaccia bread
- Monitor dough proofing and baking times to ensure quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate bread production with service demands
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
