Job Duties
- Fulfill the role of an Artisan Bread Baker by preparing, mixing, shaping, and baking a wide range of products, including various breads, pastries, cookies, and desserts, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards
- operate and maintain specialized bakery equipment, such as ovens, commercial mixers, bread slicers, and proofers, following all safety protocols
- decorate and finish cakes and other desserts with creativity and precision to meet customer expectations
- provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, answering product questions, and sharing your passion for the baked goods
- ensure the bakery department's display cases and shelves are consistently clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh products
- monitor product freshness and inventory levels, assisting with receiving and rotating stock as needed
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout the bakery area, adhering to all food safety and health regulations
- collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve department goals and uphold the company's commitment to quality
