Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or similar role preferred
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and desserts
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, bread slicers, and proofers
- Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and answering product inquiries
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery displays
- Monitor product freshness and inventory levels, assist with receiving and rotating stock
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve department goals
