Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bakery or artisan bread baking preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle bakery tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare mix shape and bake various breads pastries cookies and desserts ensuring quality and safety standards
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens mixers slicers and proofers following safety protocols
- Decorate and finish cakes and desserts creatively and precisely
- Provide outstanding customer service engaging with customers and answering questions
- Keep bakery displays and shelves clean organized and fully stocked
- Monitor product freshness and inventory assist with receiving and rotating stock
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace adhering to food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals and quality standards
