Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience, preferably in artisan breads
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- good communication and customer service skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, shape, and bake various breads, pastries, cookies, and desserts ensuring high quality and safety standards
- operate and maintain specialized bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, bread slicers, and proofers following safety protocols
- decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
- engage with customers providing outstanding service and answering product questions
- maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bakery display cases and shelves
- monitor product freshness and inventory, assist with receiving and rotating stock
- maintain a sanitary work environment adhering to food safety and health regulations
- collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals and uphold quality standards
