Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bakery or artisan bread baking preferred
- Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment safely
- Customer service experience desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare mix shape and bake artisan breads pastries cookies and desserts ensuring high quality and safety standards
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment including ovens mixers bread slicers and proofers following safety protocols
- Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons and answering product questions
- Maintain clean and organized bakery display cases and shelves fully stocked with fresh products
- Monitor product freshness inventory levels and assist with receiving and rotating stock
- Maintain a clean sanitary work environment adhering to food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet department goals and quality standards
