Job Requirements

  • Prior baking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
  • Capacity to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Mixing and preparing doughs for artisan breads
  • Shaping and proofing bread products according to company standards
  • Operating ovens and baking breads to perfection
  • Monitoring fermentation and adjusting processes as necessary
  • Ensuring product quality and consistency throughout production
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bakery workspaces
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules
