Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience in artisan or production baking
- Knowledge of bread recipes and baking techniques

Job Duties
- Mix artisan bread doughs according to recipes and specifications
- Shape and prepare breads for baking
- Operate ovens and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet baking schedules and product demand
