Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous baking experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • basic math skills for measuring ingredients
  • food safety knowledge
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in artisan baking or a similar food production role
  • knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients
  • ability to follow recipes and production procedures accurately
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments

Job Duties

  • Mixing dough and preparing bread according to artisan recipes
  • shaping and proofing dough to develop optimal texture
  • operating baking ovens and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
  • collaborating with team members to meet production goals
  • ensuring product quality and consistency
  • providing excellent hospitality and support to retail customers
