Job Duties

  • Mix artisan bread ingredients according to recipe specifications

  • Monitor dough fermentation and baking process to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bakery equipment and workspace
  • Collaborate with retail and restaurant teams to meet daily bread production needs
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
