Job Duties
- Mix artisan bread ingredients according to recipe specifications
- Shape dough into loaves and other forms by hand or machine
- Bake breads using commercial ovens ensuring proper temperature control
- Monitor dough fermentation and baking process to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bakery equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with retail and restaurant teams to meet daily bread production needs
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
