Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bread baking or a related field
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • flexible schedule availability including mornings and evenings
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques
  • strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
  • collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • assist with inventory management and restocking of baking ingredients
