Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bread baking or a related field
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- flexible schedule availability including mornings and evenings
- willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques
- strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

- shape dough into various artisan bread forms
- operate baking ovens and equipment to bake breads to perfection
- ensure quality control by monitoring the bread baking process
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- assist with inventory management and restocking of baking ingredients
