Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
Job Qualifications

- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Knowledge of bakery production processes preferred
- Familiarity with bakery equipment preferred
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Follow production list developed by bakery manager or first clerk
- Use ovens properly including loading and unloading procedures
- Ensure bread dough is mixed, fermented and molded to specifications
- Assist with or create customer special orders
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Adhere to state and corporate safety standards
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
