- knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good customer service skills
- ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness
Job Duties
- provide fast friendly and efficient customer service
- smile make eye contact and thank customers
- maintain a neat clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- follow production list developed by bakery manager or first clerk
- understand proper use of ovens including loading and unloading procedures
- ensure bread dough is mixed fermented and molded to corporate specifications
- assist and create customer special orders
- operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- adhere to state and corporate safety standards
- control shrink through adherence to policies
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- adhere to company policies and procedures
