Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting moderate weights as required by bakery duties
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with bakery production and customer service practices
- Ability to operate standard bakery equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon request fulfillment
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Follow the bakery production list developed by manager or first clerk
- Properly operate ovens including loading and unloading procedures
- Mix, ferment and mold bread dough according to corporate specifications
- Assist and create customer special orders
