Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
- smile, make eye contact, and thank customers
- maintain a neat, clean, and organized work station according to 5S standards
- follow production list from bakery manager or first clerk
- operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers
- ensure bread dough is mixed, fermented, and molded per specifications
- assist with or create customer special orders
