Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
- Prepare, bake, and merchandise all artisan bakery products according to production schedule
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work station following 5S standards
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils safely
- Handle dough mixing, fermentation, and molding to corporate specifications
- Assist with creating and fulfilling customer special orders
- Adhere to all corporate, state sanitation, and safety regulations
