Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience as a cook, baker, or enrollment in a culinary program is preferred
- ability to utilize scales, thermometers, and measuring tools
- able to divide and multiply recipes accurately
- strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- experience using baking equipment, including ovens and mixers
- clear understanding of kitchen and food safety regulations
- possession of a valid food handlers card if required by county

Job Duties
- utilize established recipes and methods to prepare a variety of baked goods
- manage daily production schedules and communicate product counts efficiently with the coaching team
- prepare an assortment of breakfast items such as quiche, cinnamon rolls, and muffins
- prepare and bake bread items, including loaves, buns, rolls, and cookies
- daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruits for pies and toppings
- ensure cleanliness of all baking machines, workstations, and tools not suited for the dishwasher
- label, organize, and rotate baking ingredients in storage to maintain freshness and quality
- receive orders, verify invoices, and store deliveries as required
- prepare the kitchen for daily operations, ensuring everything is secure and ovens are properly lit
- notify team leaders of any food quality concerns, recipe inconsistencies, or low inventory issues
- maintain a clean and sanitary baking area at all times
- follow health, sanitation, and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines diligently
- represent our brand by providing exceptional service to both team members and customers
- show dependable leadership abilities and work autonomously, escalating issues as necessary
- be flexible to cross-train in other back-of-house kitchen functions
- be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
