Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous baking experience preferred
  • Food safety certification required
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in baking or related field
  • Sound knowledge of baking practices and food safety regulations
  • Compulsory food safety certification
  • Proficient in basic math and counting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged walking or standing
  • Willingness to comply with uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines

Job Duties

  • Follow prescribed recipes and production standards to bake an assortment of treats
  • prepare workspace with all necessary baking tools and ingredients
  • Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and organize ingredients
  • Operate baking instruments such as ovens, stoves, and mixers safely
  • Use kitchen tools, including knives, for food preparation
  • Adhere to guidelines for safe food storage
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to maintain hygiene
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
  • Comply with Aramark safety policies, including food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain security by following established guidelines
