Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of baking experience preferred
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of baking procedures
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Positive attitude and integrity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the bakery provides
- Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the artisan bread counter
- Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all artisan bread products, paying particular attention to ad items
- Ensures the bakery is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
- Delivers excellent customer service to all customers
- Follows precise recipes and techniques for the mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking of Harmons' artisan breads
- Assists as needed to ensure the success of the bakery as a whole
