Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy baking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- skill in operating baking ovens and machinery
- willingness to work in a dynamic and warm work atmosphere
Job Qualifications

- previous baking experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
- operate ovens and other baking equipment ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
- monitor ingredient inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet the bakery’s standards in appearance, texture, and taste
