- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality baked goods

Job Duties
- Craft and bake a variety of mouthwatering pastries, cakes, breads, breads, and desserts entirely from scratch
- Work independently to follow the production schedule, ensuring accurate variety and quantity of baked goods for daily needs and upcoming functions
- Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes while adding your own touch of artistry
- Maintain open communication with the culinary team about daily and weekly prep duties
- Monitor product inventory and par levels, producing efficiently with minimal to no waste
- Measure and mix ingredients by hand or using electric mixers, applying proper techniques such as the creaming method, chiffon method, double hydration, and straight dough
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods, ensuring every bite is perfection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
