Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products
- Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow all health and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served
- Prepare food products quickly and accurately following restaurant, health, and safety standards
- Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely including grill, fryer, and freezer
- Work as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value
- Clean work areas, organize and stock needed items
- Perform assigned prep work and product rotation
- Clean and maintain dining, service areas, and restrooms
- Remove trash from dining/service areas
- Assist with parking lot trash removal and maintenance tasks
- Report problems or significant issues to immediate supervisor
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or shift leaders
