Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in food service preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food products
  • Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow all health and safety standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders are served
  • Prepare food products quickly and accurately following restaurant, health, and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely including grill, fryer, and freezer
  • Work as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value
  • Clean work areas, organize and stock needed items
  • Perform assigned prep work and product rotation
  • Clean and maintain dining, service areas, and restrooms
  • Remove trash from dining/service areas
  • Assist with parking lot trash removal and maintenance tasks
  • Report problems or significant issues to immediate supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or shift leaders
