Job Requirements
- Must have a service-oriented personality
- must communicate effectively in English
- flexible to change
- able to move continuously and grasp items with good hand-eye coordination
- able to clean tables, booths, and chairs
- able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to work on wet and slippery surfaces
- able to tolerate loud music occasionally
- must have and maintain a valid ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate
- punctuality and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work well within a team environment
- familiarity with restaurant or food service operations beneficial
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Arrive for scheduled work shifts on time while meeting dress code and grooming standards
- provide exceptional customer service to guests
- be familiar with the facility layout
- clean up spilled food, drinks, and broken dishes
- carry dirty dishes to the kitchen and place them appropriately
- wipe dining tables and reset them
- assist kitchen line cooks in assembling plated food items
- assist servers in delivering food, pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and fulfilling guest requests
- assist bartenders in stocking, dishwashing, pre-bussing, cleaning the bar, and trash removal
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area to prevent foodborne illnesses
- provide professional customer service to promote team building and great guest experience
