Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- service oriented personality
- able to carry a tray with 10 dinners
- able to set tables, chairs, and rearrange furniture
- prior experience in a quality establishment preferred
- able to understand, speak, read, and write clearly in English
- able to work effectively as a team member
- good interpersonal and organization skills
- must maintain current SafeServ certification
- must maintain current Basset certification

Job Duties
- Dependably come to scheduled work shift in a positive state of mind meeting dress and grooming standards for a professional appearance
- assist bussing staff in removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and then take them to the kitchen for cleaning when necessary
- securely transport food from the main kitchen to specific banquet area either on trays or in warming containers
- serve individual plates of food and/or beverages to guests in a professional manner
- set and decorate buffets
- check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
